Converting 360 km of copper wire network to self-supporting cable in Kordestan

In the first three months of the year, 360 km of copper wire network in Kurdistan with a credit amounting to 594 billion Rials was completely repaired and turned into a self-supporting cable.

Kurdistan Electricity Distribution Company Deputy Planning and Engineering said: Out of the 5,648 km of weak air pressure network in the province, 3,811 km, equivalent to 67.5% of the total low pressure air network, have been converted into self-supporting cables.
Fateh Abdi said: Since the beginning of the year, 360 km of wire network in the province has been completely modified and turned into self-sustaining cable, of which 285 km were in rural areas and 75 km were in urban areas. This year, more than 594 billion Rials were spent to implement the project of converting the copper wire network to self-sustaining cable in the province.
